We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your MangaBox purchase, we offer the following return policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
Change of Mind
- If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair.
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
- Proof of purchase and a photo of the damage or fault will be required.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Clearance or final sale items may be non-refundable unless faulty.
